Reporting Help

Data access and reports

This page is to assist users with the reporting and data access functions of the DMO’s website. If you are trying to extract a large amount of data and the page 'times out' try extracting the data in smaller chunks - for example apply smaller date ranges.

Some reports offer the option of selecting data for individual gilts. To choose individual gilts you will need to:

  1. Highlight “All”.
  2. Click on the “up arrow” button.
  3. Select the gilt(s) to appear in the report. To select more than one gilt hold down “Ctrl” key at the same time as selecting the gilts.
  4. Click on the “down arrow” button.

Ad-hoc advanced reports

There are four advanced reports available on the DMO website allowing users to perform detailed queries on data. These are:

  • Gilts in issue for any close of business date from 01-Apr-98.
  • Gilt issuance history for all gilts except “rumps” that redeem on or after 01-Jan-03.
  • Outright auction results for all auctions after 01-Apr-91.
  • Results of all Treasury bill tenders held since January 2000.

To perform a detailed query select which fields you wish to show in your report under “Show in Results”. Choose fields to query by selecting under “Apply Selection Criteria” and follow the prompts.
