Repayment of loans by Direct Debit

Direct Debit is a simple, reliable and cost-effective method of payment for transactions up to £20 million. To pay by Direct Debit just print out the Direct Debit Instruction (65 KB) complete it and send a scanned copy to pwlb@dmo.gov.uk. We will process the form and tell you when collections will begin. You will be given advance notice before each subsequent payment is collected.

The Direct Debit Guarantee on the Instruction gives details of the safeguards offered by the scheme in the event of a mistake being made by either the PWLB lending facility or your Bank or Building Society.
