DMO interviews usually last 45 – 60 minutes. This is our opportunity to get to know how your skills, behaviours and experience align with what is needed to do the job well.

The interview criteria that you will be assessed on will be outlined in the job advert and in the role profile. This will usually be the same criteria as the sift stage, plus some additional behaviours. The panel may assess different elements of the behaviours at interview.
