Government Holdings

This report provides data on the nominal amount of each gilt held by the government at each month end and is published within 10 working days of the following month. If a new gilt which is issued does not appear in the data you retrieve, it is because government holdings in that gilt are currently zero.

The report allows selection of financial years for which you wish to retrieve holdings data and can be accessed here.
