The Government's Deed of Guarantee

The Deed of Guarantee dated 13 October 2008 was amended by a Supplemental Deed dated 20 October 2008, which deleted the words "(except insofar as such amendment is required by law)" from clause 6.3.

The Deed of Guarantee was further amended by a Second Supplemental Deed dated 6 February 2009, which replaced the number "2012" in clause 6.1 with the number "2014".

The consolidated Guarantee is appended to the Second Supplemental Trust Deed
